The Registrar Office 

The Registrar`s Office is the working arm of the Pesticides Control Authority (PCA).  The staff deals with applications for registration of pesticides, licences to import  pesticides, licences to manufacture pesticide, licensing of Pest Control Operators (companies) and certification of their Pest Control Applicators and Servicemen, and registration of premises to sell restricted pesticides, as well as conducting Public Education activities on Pesticide Safety.
